Steamed lobster served with steamed potatoes and green beans


Portions for 2 servings:

1 1/2lbs small lobster

4 potatoes

1/2 lbs green beans



Steam the green beans for 25mn and the potatoes for 20mn.

For the lobster, use a large steamer. Boil water in the bottom to produce steam and put the lobster in claws first. Cover the steamer and let cook for 10mn. The lobster's shell should have turned red.

Serve hot with melted butter and the vegetables.

If there is some lobster leftover, it can be used in a salad.
